Project Overview​

The Blue Therapy is a mental healthcare business. They required branding and website design and development.

We meeting the founders we decided what business impact could be possible. We ultimately decided on 

1. Improving trust for visitors.

2. Creating brand awareness. 

3. Improving lead generation.

My Role

  • Defining Brand identity and guidelines.
  • Deciding the brand strategy including messaging and tone.
  • Design artifacts for main touchpoints.
  •  Design wireframes.
  • Documentation.
  • Complete design and Web development.

Gathering Requirements

Initially I spoke to founders and attended their webinars to understand what they are about and understand their needs. Like building trust online.

Overviewed their touchpoints and brand positioning. To map out a SWOT analysis.

Spoke to a few potential customers.

Defined customer persona.

 

Competitor benchmarking

Gathering statistics and conducting a competitor analysis.

Customer Persona

Based on the information we decided to keep the following primary users in mind.

  1. Corporate
  2. Middle-age couples
  3. Teenagers

I decided to focus mainly on the corporates and teenagers as they would be the primary source of growth and revenue.

 

Information architecture

Based on customer needs I organized the information to arrange the layout. 

Wireframing

I shared the main sections of what each webpage could look like.


After a few rounds of QA and testing we ended up with this.

Product Video and walkthrough

Learnings

Creating Project Dashboard. Clients often lose track of what’s done and what is required of them creating a dashboard helps them with project status and what if any input is required of them.

FUTURE Explorations

Where do I see this product in 6 months or a year from Now.

  • Driving traffic through SEO. while most of the pages were developed using SEO practices for on- page and technical SEO. It was time for off-page and content creation.
  • Data validation: Conducting periodic real world interviews to further validate my findings and explore future opportunities.
  • Optimization: using tracking tools to understand how to further optimize the websites for lead generation.
