Initially I spoke to founders and attended their webinars to understand what they are about and understand their needs. Like building trust online.
Overviewed their touchpoints and brand positioning. To map out a SWOT analysis.
Spoke to a few potential customers.
Defined customer persona.
Competitor benchmarking
Gathering statistics and conducting a competitor analysis.

Based on the information we decided to keep the following primary users in mind.
I decided to focus mainly on the corporates and teenagers as they would be the primary source of growth and revenue.
Information architecture
Based on customer needs I organized the information to arrange the layout.
Wireframing
I shared the main sections of what each webpage could look like.
After a few rounds of QA and testing we ended up with this.
Creating Project Dashboard. Clients often lose track of what’s done and what is required of them creating a dashboard helps them with project status and what if any input is required of them.
